After joining CWB’s patent team in 2016, Marianne developed an extensive knowledge of patent and industrial design laws and procedures throughout the Middle East.

Marianne regularly prepares, processes, follows up and manages patent and industrial design filing, prosecution, amendments, assignments and maintenance as well as advising on formality requirements across the MENA region. Marianne also conducts searches for patents and industrial designs, and drafts formality documents.
