Vivianna is a qualified Attorney specialising in Intellectual Property Law with practical experience in both civil and common law jurisdictions. She is a member of Athens Bar Association of Greece since 2016.

Prior to joining CWB in 2023, Vivianna practiced for a year with a law firm in Athens, handling both contentious and non-contentious Intellectual Property matters. Vivianna also worked as a part-time consultant for a UK based firm, handling trade mark and design filings, oppositions and assignments before the United Kingdom Intellectual Property Office for two years. Previously, she worked as an Intellectual Property Associate for one of the leading Intellectual Property boutiques in Greece for two years. In 2019, she successfully completed a traineeship at the Boards of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Spain, where she was drafting decisions on appeals before EUIPO.

From 2018 to 2023, Vivianna has been involved with all matters relating to the registration, prosecution and enforcement of trade marks, in multijurisdictional trade mark clearance, Intellectual Property portfolio management, as well as advising on complex Intellectual Property conflicts. She has also represented clients before the Courts in trade mark infringement conflicts, during her practice in Greece, and she has handled the negotiation and drafting of settlement agreements in relation to trade marks and due diligence.
