The Algerian trade mark office increased the official fees for trade mark applications with respect to colour marks and in relation to appeals of provisional refusals. The increase amounts to about US$14 per colour mark application or appeal. The increased fees took effect on 1 January 2015. (Algerian trade mark office, 1 January 2015)
